Run Training

Starting Line can prepare you to step out your front door and run comfortably for fun and fitness. If you like it enough to run a 5k, a trail race, or a half marathon, we’ll train you for that too. Our basic run training package includes a half-hour of running analysis and form basics, a half-hour of on-your-feet form instruction, and a written one-month running plan tailored to your goals, and a half-hour of follow-up run coaching Additional options include weekly group training runs, group strength training sessions geared toward run performance and injury prevention, and race-specific training plans. Basic Run Training Package $90

Group Runs

Starting Line often hosts group runs in Bay View. Routes vary from three to eight miles depending on participants. Expect a welcoming group, ranging from leisurely run/walkers to folks working on their marathon pacing. Be sure to allot time for stretching, socializing, and a snack afterwards.
