Get Your Exercise Basics in One Hour

Is your schedule too busy for a six week class? Is personal training more than you need? You’re the sort of person who can get up and get to the gym . . . but aren’t quite sure what to do once you’re there? Starting Line is offering one-off classes in kettlebell basics, powerlifting basics, and bodyweight basics. For $45 You’ll get:

  • A half hour of instruction, demonstration and form work, followed immediately by
  • A half hour comprehensive workout,
  • And an illustrated guide to your workout to keep.

Powerlifting Basics will be 7-8 am, Saturday, March 12 at Bay View Fitness, 2121 South Kinnickinnic Ave., Milwaukee.

Kettlebell Basics will be 7-8 am Saturday, March 19 at Bay View Fitness.

Bodyweight Basics will be 7-8 am on Saturday, March 12 at Delaware House, 2499 So. Delaware Ave., Milwaukee, and will be repeated from 7-8 am on Saturday, March 19 at Delaware House.

Please complete the contact form below to sign up. Participation is limited to six people for the kettlebell and powerlifing classes, and 10 people for each bodyweight class.

    If there is space open on 3/12, I’d like to do the kettlebell. If not, can you sign me up for the other one at Delaware House, bodyweight basics. Either would be great. Thank you so much. jenniferschmidt~
